What you will do

• Plan and control resources, procedures, and timing for various administrative and business creative needs.
• Liaise with colleagues, clients, and vendors to review project briefs and determine process requirements.
• Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop schedules for day-to-day operations.
• Identify and resolve obstacles to ensure the timely completion of complex projects.
• Manage on-site production needs, including gear logistics, location scouting, and initial test photography.
• Maintain and curate a global network of videography and photography vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in film production, communication, graphic design, or a related media field.
• 4-6+ years of professional experience in a creative environment such as a production company or agency.
• Hands-on experience on set for video shoots, photo shoots, and live productions.
• Working knowledge of project management systems, specifically Asana.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with production/design/editing terminology.
