Technical Program Manager - Employee Experience (EX)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Employee Experience (EX) products, defining vision, roadmaps, and success criteria.
• Lead major initiatives including endpoint lifecycle modernization, Day 1 onboarding, and A/V collaboration experience.
• Translate business and experience needs into technical requirements and partner with engineering to design secure, scalable solutions.
• Establish support models, runbooks, and monitoring telemetry to reduce incidents and operational inefficiencies.
• Manage performance using experience-level metrics (XLAs) and operational data to continuously improve outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Cybersecurity, End User Computing (EUC), and vendor teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of related experience in product management, technical delivery, or engineering roles.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Strong technical expertise in endpoint management and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Proficiency with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, identity, and collaboration tools.
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification.
• Experience in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) or workplace technology.
• Experience managing vendors and managed service providers.
