What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Events product roadmap, including in-app features and operational tooling.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Marketing, and Event Operations.
• Define and implement the operating model for the Events program as it scales from 0-to-1.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies across mobile, backend, and web engineering teams.
• Communicate program health and technical tradeoffs to executive and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
• Experience supporting live events, marketplaces, event aggregation, or ticketing products.
• Proven ability to create delivery plans, dependency maps, and risk registers for multi-platform programs.
• Expert-level proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Google Suite, and Figma.
• Strong track record of managing multi-market or multi-region launches.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and software development best practices.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with international go-to-market and localization processes.
• Experience managing third-party supply partners via API-based licensing.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to automate program management tasks.
