What you will do

• Lead the AI Bio venture platform, including accelerator programs and founder community management.
• Recruit exceptional founders and support early-stage company formation.
• Build and manage a proprietary pipeline of AI Bio investment opportunities.
• Lead early-stage diligence, market assessment, and investment recommendations.
• Establish strategic relationships with academic, clinical, and corporate partners in the Boston ecosystem.
• Support portfolio companies through product-market fit and follow-on financing.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in venture capital, venture studios, or startup leadership.
• Strong understanding of AI and meaningful exposure to biotechnology, therapeutics, or computational biology.
• Established network within the Boston innovation ecosystem or ability to build one rapidly.
• Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MD) in a relevant technical or scientific field preferred.
• Proven ability to evaluate early-stage technology and support founder success.
• Excellent judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
