What you will do

• Own the strategy and execution for field, practice, and end-user go-to-market efforts for all Risk Stratification programs and products.
• Manage strategic partnerships with payer partners, vendors, and large strategic practices to improve diagnosis documentation.
• Provide direction and strategic expertise to junior Transformation team members on EHR Overlay and other strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional leaders in product, analytics, technology, and performance to advance collaborative risk stratification efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive professional experience (or 7+ years with a Master’s Degree).
• 4+ years of experience in value-based care.
• 4+ years of experience in risk adjustment, risk stratification, EHR Overlay, or scaled health tech operations.
• 2+ years of experience partnering with provider stakeholders to design and scale performance improvement initiatives.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience building, scaling, or teaching AI tools to broader teams.
• Expert Excel skills for handling large, complex data sets using advanced formulas (XLOOKUP, FILTER, etc.).
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive-level storyboarding and material drafting.
• Strong project management and hypothesis-driven analytical toolkit.
