What you will do

• Build and oversee internal operations, including processes, playbooks, and KPIs.
• Partner with enterprise manufacturing customers during onboarding, deployment, and adoption.
• Serve as the connective tissue between customers, product, and engineering to drive roadmap decisions.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional business operations including HR, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Establish and manage internal systems like Notion and HubSpot.
• Prepare stakeholder reporting for leadership, corporate partners, and investors.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or customer success in SaaS.
• Must be based in the US with ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Miami.
• Experience with enterprise integrations such as ERP, MRP, SAP, or CRM.
• Strong program management skills with experience in multi-site rollouts.
• Technical fluency with APIs and enterprise SaaS workflows.
• Startup grit and ability to operate in a high-pressure, multidisciplinary environment.

Nice to have

• Direct exposure to manufacturing operations, APS/MRP systems, or supply chain software.
• Consulting or venture studio experience.
