What you will do
- Drive continuous improvements across processes and establish repeatable operating rhythms for sustainable growth.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects from ideation through execution.
- Conduct research and due diligence on new markets, products, and strategic opportunities.
- Develop business cases and data-driven recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- Serve as the company's source of truth for analytics, transforming insights into actionable recommendations.
- Design frameworks and metrics that enable the company to scale successfully.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Management Consulting, or Strategic Finance.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling SaaS company.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving operational improvements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguity.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools and SQL is a plus.
