What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for one or more AI agent product lines.
• Translate deep operational knowledge of LSP activities—including procurement and dispatch—into prioritized product requirements.
• Partner with forward-deployed engineers to surface real-world needs and validate solutions in production.
• Create detailed specs and PRDs to drive execution across Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Ensure products are designed for seamless embedding into customer tech stacks via API and SDK.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure new agent capabilities are field-ready at launch.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, logistics, or API-first products.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical discipline.
• Proven track record of partnering directly with engineering to ship technical products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience operating in a lean, fast-moving, 0-to-1 environment.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL.

Nice to have

• Experience with API or developer-facing products.
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or freight brokerage.
