What you will do

• Own end-to-end product management for BigQuery Connectors, Looker dashboards, and AI Agents from requirements through QA and health monitoring.
• Lead the sprint planning process, managing backlog prioritization, capacity planning, and engineering hours.
• Execute the transformation of validated R&D prototypes into production-ready products with defined maintenance plans.
• Manage and mentor Product Managers, handling performance reviews and career development.
• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders in R&D, Marketing, and AI Strategy.
• Oversee platform administration, including data access, permissions, and compliance with security requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours.
• Hands-on product management experience writing technical specs, testing features, and maintaining documentation.
• Deep experience with data-intensive products, including comfort discussing pipelines, APIs, and architecture.
• Proven track record of running agile sprint planning and hitting committed sprint goals.
• Experience managing or mentoring direct reports.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, or product workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience as a product owner for BigQuery, Looker, or similar data platforms.
• Track record of shipping AI agent products or agentic workflows in production.
• Background in agency or consulting environments.
• Experience building productization playbooks from scratch.
