Salary: $24.25 - $28.25 per hour

What you will do

• Travel to customer locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG equipment.
• Conduct technical diagnosis and specialized repairs on electronics and home appliances.
• Diagnose problems, document findings, and determine the necessary parts for replacement.
• Process paperwork and perform accurate data entry immediately upon job completion.
• Pre-screen next-day service calls to gather diagnostic information before arrival.
• Meet company metrics regarding customer satisfaction and fix-right-first-time rates.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (Field Service preferred).
• Experience repairing major appliances (refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning).
• Proficiency in using technical tools and diagnostic test equipment.
• Valid Driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including continuous bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
