What you will do

• Travel to customer locations to perform maintenance and repair of hirify.global equipment.
• Conduct technical diagnosis and specialized repairs on electronics and home appliances.
• Diagnose problems, document findings, and determine necessary repairs or part replacements.
• Process paperwork and perform data entry immediately upon completion of each job.
• Pre-screen next-day service calls to improve diagnostic accuracy prior to arrival.
• Maintain company metrics regarding customer satisfaction, first-time fix rates, and parts management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical role, preferably in Field Service.
• Experience repairing major appliances, including refrigeration, sealed systems, cooking, and cleaning products.
• Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic test equipment.
• Valid Driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain EPA Certification.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including continuous bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
