What you will do

• Review and recode investment compliance rules within the Charles River Investment Management System.
• Analyze investment guidelines and prioritize coding activities to support programme delivery.
• Perform validation testing to ensure coding outputs align with business and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct comparisons between strategic and legacy compliance monitoring systems to identify gaps.
• Collaborate with fund managers, traders, technology teams, and external vendors across global locations.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of coding standards and violation management processes.

Requirements

• Significant experience within investment management, focusing on investment compliance.
• Proven expertise working with Charles River and/or State Street investment management platforms.
• Experience implementing and testing investment guideline rules and comparing strategic solutions with legacy environments.
• Strong understanding of data structures, system integrations, and compliance monitoring platform data utilization.
• Experience working within large-scale transformation, migration, or change programmes.
• Must be based in London for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
