Senior Guideline Coding Analyst (Charles River)

What you will do

• Review and recode investment compliance rules in the Charles River Investment Management System.
• Analyse investment guidelines and prioritise coding activities for programme delivery.
• Log data gaps, escalate uncodable rules, and perform validation testing against business and regulatory requirements.
• Compare strategic and legacy compliance monitoring systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with fund managers, traders, technology teams, consultants, and external vendors across global locations.
• Develop coding standards, procedures, violation management processes, and programme governance updates.

Requirements

• Significant investment management experience with a strong focus on investment compliance.
• Proven experience with Charles River and/or State Street investment management platforms.
• Experience implementing and testing investment guideline rules and comparing strategic solutions with legacy environments.
• Strong understanding of data structures, system integrations, and compliance monitoring data usage.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
• Experience in large-scale transformation, migration, or change programmes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
