Fund Product Analyst (Asset Management): Coordinating the creation, oversight, and maintenance of regulatory documentation for global commingled funds with an accent on prospectus cycles, fund structures, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Focus on managing regulatory approvals, aligning legal and client communications, and improving documentation and governance processes across multiple fund domiciles.
Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with four days in the office and one remote day per week

What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end prospectus cycles for multiple fund ranges, domiciles, new fund approvals, and regulatory or discretionary fund changes.
- Work with EMEA Funds Legal, external counsel, regulators, investment teams, subject matter experts, and vendors to deliver accurate fund documentation.
- Oversee updates to prospectuses, shareholder notices, KIID/KID documents, regulatory forms, governance communications, and client notifications.
- Coordinate regulator comments, implementation updates, stakeholder communications, and external vendor relationships.
- Provide fund expertise for client-specific queries and support fund development, change initiatives, and strategic or regulatory projects.
- Contribute to fee and prospectus reviews, seed capital and share class reviews, EMT/EET production, and commercial and fiduciary reviews.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in asset management or a related industry.
- Experience with legal or regulatory documents and content creation; product, legal, or fund vehicle experience is valued.
- Project management experience with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex information.
- Ability to take ownership, exercise sound judgment, prioritize effectively, and work across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional projects.
