Senior Associate, Fund Finance

Location: George Town, Cayman Islands; hybrid

Salary: USD 80,000–101,000 per year

What you will do

• Review and approve loan drawdowns and foreign exchange trades for accurate and timely execution.
• Coordinate client financing and trade requests with risk, compliance, treasury, and client service teams.
• Prepare and review financing facility requests, annual renewals, and related legal documentation.
• Monitor credit exposures, risk classifications, collateral, FX hedging transactions, and facility fee collections.
• Issue margin statements for Passive Currency Overlay clients and follow up on late FX exposure settlements.
• Complete department projects and escalate credit exposure issues to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree or diploma in banking, finance, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in fund finance or corporate lending, including commercial relationship management.
• Strong understanding of alternative fund financing, including NAV and capital call facilities.
• Experience with credit policies, financing transactions, exposure monitoring, and collateral activities.
• Hybrid availability in George Town, Cayman Islands.

Nice to have

• Experience with derivative legal documentation such as ISDA and CSA.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
