Location: Vilnius (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) or Kaunas (onsite, hybrid, or remote)

Salary: Gross salary range is 3000 – 4000 EUR/month

What you will do

• Plan and execute Meta performance strategies to achieve defined growth goals.
• Manage and optimize large-scale budgets to maximize campaign efficiency.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify new testing and scaling opportunities.
• Test and manage various other paid social channels.
• Collaborate closely with media buyers and performance creative teams to improve results.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience in Meta media buying.
• Proven expertise in strategizing, planning, and achieving defined performance goals.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as GA4, Hyros, or similar.
• Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Experience within the digital e-commerce sector.
• Ability to write high-converting, short-form sales copy.
