What you will do

• Optimize conversion funnels by analyzing user behavior to eliminate bottlenecks and increase sales.
• Generate hypotheses and manage end-to-end A/B testing on the company website.
• Monitor performance metrics and translate data into actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and data analytics teams.
• Conduct usability testing to research user needs and improve overall user experience.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in CRO, preferably in a tech-driven marketing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics and data interpretation.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies, UX principles, and user psychology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Familiarity with performance marketing and paid advertising channels.
