What you will do

• Lead software development initiatives, writing maintainable code and performing comprehensive code reviews.
• Design and implement AWS serverless architectures leveraging Lambda, API Gateway, Glue, DynamoDB, and S3.
• Develop and optimize batch processing pipelines and event-driven computing workflows.
• Migrate on-premises applications to AWS using modern serverless and microservices patterns.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Git, and Chef.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive the continuous improvement of coding standards and delivery processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in software development or application architecture.
• Proficiency in Java, Node, and Python development.
• Strong practical experience with AWS cloud platforms, including EC2, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Experience in database design and query optimization, preferably with PostgreSQL.
• Proven track record as a team lead, mentor, or technical subject matter expert.
