What you will do

• Create ad-hoc reports and performance dashboards using ServiceNow or Power BI.
• Drive small improvement projects, including user story creation and delivery management.
• Coordinate service improvement plans across Europe and APAC regions.
• Produce monthly scorecards and provide performance insights to stakeholders.
• Manage IT asset inventory and track compliance on IT controls.
• Monitor incident handling quality and collaborate on recurring issue resolution.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• Practical experience in an IT Operations or IT Service Management environment.
• Proficiency with ITSM tooling and data dashboarding (ServiceNow/Performance Analytics preferred).
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with Jira backlog management.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
