What you will do

• Lead and mentor the Oracle ERP Application Management Support (AMS) team, managing SLAs, workload, and performance.
• Provide hands-on functional and technical support for Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules (P2P, O2C, Inventory, BOM/WIP, OPM, Shipping/Receiving, WMS).
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain flows and integration between Oracle EBS and downstream platforms (Anaplan, SAP, ASCP).
• Act as primary escalation point for critical ERP issues, performing deep root cause analysis to deliver permanent fixes.
• Manage Oracle SR interactions and coordinate environment maintenance, including online patching (ADOP), upgrades, and stability with infrastructure/DBA teams.
• Translate business needs into prioritized IT activities, manage requirements/UAT/regression testing, and ensure audit/compliance and change governance.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1 and 12.2 environments.
• Strong end-to-end functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Supply Chain processes (P2P and O2C).
• Practical experience supporting EBS 12.1–12.2 migrations and online patching (ADOP) and upgrade activities.
• Ability to write/review SQL for problem resolution, with working knowledge of Oracle workflows, concurrent processing, diagnostics, and Azure.
• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot complex SCM production issues with strong ownership mindset.
• Location: Cambridge or London (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, Costing, SLA) and/or ASCP and intercompany accounting.
• Oracle EBS SCM/technical certifications; familiarity with ITIL/service management processes.
• Experience with global ERP rollouts, hypercare support, 24x7 managed services models, or embedding AI tools into ERP workflows.
