What you will do

• Provide expert repair services for technology solutions in the field and at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory to ensure performance and longevity.
• Maintain the specialty rental fleet and document all daily work using company-provided hardware and software.
• Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines to improve measurable business targets.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support Manager to uphold the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience as an industrial-related field service mechanic.
• Appropriate electromechanical degree or professional training.
• Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of electrical, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics.
• English: Good command required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Gastonia, NC.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in industrial environments with extreme temperatures.
