What you will do

• Lead the implementation of Global WHS Programs to ensure a safe work environment.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and site audits to ensure compliance.
• Analyze safety metrics and incident trends to drive preventive measures.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into business processes.
• Manage first aid programs and coordinate emergency response capabilities.
• Develop and execute leadership plans to foster a positive safety culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of hirify.global FTE experience.
• 3+ years of experience in WHS/environmental programs within manufacturing or production.
• 3+ years of experience in people and performance management.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 49 lbs and standing for 12 hours.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification (or ability to obtain within 3 weeks).

Nice to have

• Experience in Distribution Centers with 250+ employees.
• Master's degree.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and process improvement.
