TL;DR

Business Analyst (Fintech/Asset Management): Articulating business needs and data requirements for responsible investment solutions with an accent on data governance, metadata management, and pipeline integrity. Focus on bridging the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver high-quality data products on a modern platform.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam or Heerlen) with a hybrid expectation of at least 2 days per week in the office.

Salary: €5,341–€7,630 per month.

What you will do

  • Translate complex business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as a linking pin between data, technology, and investment teams.
  • Manage end-to-end project deliverables from demand to production.
  • Develop a deep understanding of data sets, lineage, and data models.
  • Remove project roadblocks through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure technical solutions align with the broader Data Product roadmap.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or equivalent.
  • Proven domain knowledge in Asset Management and Responsible Investment (ESG).
  • Strong experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of data pipelines, quality, and metadata governance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • CFA certification.
