What you will do

• Lead annual strategic planning, long-range planning, and business review processes.
• Own the business operating rhythm, including monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and KPI governance.
• Perform complex analyses on commercial performance, customer behavior, and product adoption.
• Develop forecasting models, predictive analytics, and scenario-planning frameworks.
• Manage market intelligence, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to provide strategic briefings.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing leaders to support executive decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business strategy, analytics, consulting, or enterprise SaaS organizations.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise software and SaaS business models.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Alphen Aan Den Rijn, Netherlands.
