Location: Must be based in San Francisco (On-site)

Compensation: $112,000 – $132,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Contribute to client adoption playbooks, including change-management strategies and target outcomes.
• Execute discrete workstreams from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption.
• Build product fluency and guide client teams toward measurable value realization.
• Prepare success plans, training resources, and enablement sessions for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including GTM, Product, and Engineering to maintain account context.
• Track account health and usage metrics to surface risks and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, customer success, account management, or legal tech.
• Experience supporting client-level projects and driving measurable outcomes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
• Clear, confident communication skills for running client calls and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Ability to learn complex domains and products exceptionally fast.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
