What you will do

• Drive AI transformation across online shops and sales platforms to ensure organizational alignment.
• Identify and integrate AI tools to improve efficiency in campaign ideation, creation, and analysis.
• Advise on the use of AI to enhance personalization and effectiveness in sales initiatives.
• Lead requirements engineering for internal tools, translating business needs into precise technical specifications.
• Create functional prototypes of AI-based processes using "vibe coding" and natural language tools to validate concepts.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in digital transformation, marketing technology, or development with a focus on AI implementation.
• Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping and deep diving into AI tools.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Fluency in English is essential.
