Strategy Associate (CEO Office)

What you will do

• Solve high-priority strategic problems by structuring ambiguous questions, testing hypotheses, analyzing data, and preparing recommendations for senior leadership.
• Drive strategic initiatives from recommendations through execution by creating workplans, coordinating stakeholders, tracking KPIs, and following through on outcomes.
• Conduct analytical deep-dives across financial, commercial, operational, and technical areas.
• Build momentum across functions without formal authority by understanding constraints and supporting progress.
• Create presentations, decision materials, and synthesized insights for the Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Strong analytical depth and quantitative fluency, including experience with financial models, business cases, and complex datasets.
• Background in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations roles at scale-ups.
• Structured strategic thinking and the ability to turn analysis into a coherent business narrative.
• Ownership mindset and willingness to drive execution, coordinate stakeholders, and follow up until outcomes are achieved.
• Strong communication skills, senior stakeholder maturity, and confidence creating concise presentations and decision materials.
• Technical curiosity, learning agility, coachability, and an AI-enabled analytical working style.
