AI Transformation Manager

Location: Berlin, Germany, with a flexible work-from-home policy and access to the Berlin office.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end AI transformation programs from initial lighthouse use cases through company-wide rollout.
• Manage executive stakeholders, internal champions, blockers, adoption, and organizational change across complex programs.
• Support sales, pre-sales, proposal writing, lead conversion, and key-account expansion.
• Represent the AI Transformation perspective through expert discussions, LinkedIn content, and thought leadership.
• Develop reusable transformation methodologies, tools, frameworks, and playbooks.
• Lead project teams, share lessons learned, and advise colleagues on AI transformation best practices.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Preferably 8+ years of full-time experience in management consulting, enterprise technology, AI/ML-driven companies, startups, or boutique consulting firms.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs and managing executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI advisory, AI operating models, scaling AI capabilities, and investment decisions.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and trends, including AI use-case conceptualization and technical feasibility assessment.
• Experience in change management and embedding AI capabilities within client organizations.
