Sr. Functional Consultant

Location: Canada Office; hybrid schedule with two work-from-home days per week

What you will do

• Apply industry best practices, business processes, hirify.global, technical architecture, and value proposition knowledge.
• Support solution usability and uptime by resolving customer issues, validating data loads, and checking end-to-end workflows.
• Identify design issues, coordinate with other consultants, and act as the point of contact for platform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
• Configure the o9 platform for post-go-live change requests and enhancements addressing supply chain and operational problems.
• Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases, track bugs, and support Super User and End User training.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve internal processes and product features based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience implementing supply chain demand planning applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar languages.
• Deep understanding of Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data, prioritize high-value opportunities and risks, communicate clearly, and manage customer expectations under pressure.
• Strong product and domain expertise, with a collaborative and transparent working style.

Nice to have

• Statistical, optimization, and simulation experience using R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar tools.
