What you will do

• Demonstrate expertise in industry best practices and o9 solution architecture to solve complex business problems.
• Ensure solution usability and uptime by resolving customer issues and validating end-to-end workflows.
• Configure the platform based on change requests and deliver enhancements post-go-live.
• Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases while tracking bug resolution.
• Support Super User and End User training for a global user base.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve internal processes and product features.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 2+ years of experience implementing supply chain demand planning applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, MDX, or T-SQL.
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, and S&OP.
• Strong ability to articulate viewpoints and manage customer expectations under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with statistical, optimization, and simulation tools like R, SAS, or CPLEX.
