What you will do
- Participate in requirement and design sessions to document business processes.
- Configure the o9 platform to solve complex supply chain and operational problems.
- Perform data integration, ETL, and build complex datasets for analysis.
- Use statistical techniques and optimization models to provide actionable business insights.
- Create and execute test cases to ensure solution quality and automate testing protocols.
- Train super users and end users on the platform and mentor junior analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in operations research, Industrial Engineering, or related analytical field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in enterprise application implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in handling large datasets.
- Experience with statistical tools or programming languages (e.g., R, SAS, SQL).
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work from Tokyo, Japan.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with planning systems or ERP tools.
- Experience leading full-lifecycle supply chain implementations.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Experience with MDX, T-SQL, or similar database languages.
