Sr. Solution Strategist (AI)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; hybrid work with two days per week from home

Annual salary: $178,283–$268,486, plus potential medical, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation resource for business and data requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering, functional and technical solution design, data collection, dataset development, testing, deployment, and value realization for supply chain planning implementations.
• Oversee o9 platform configuration, performance monitoring, solution gap resolution, and fixes delivered with research and development teams.
• Support project and client management with capability listings, effort estimates, scope definition, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Deliver Super User and End User training for a global user base and collaborate with client, IT, business, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor Solution Architects, Junior Analysts, Technical Architects, and Business Analysts while improving delivery quality and institutional knowledge.

Requirements

• 6+ years implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in supply chain or logistics; a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience.
• Experience leading the full lifecycle of enterprise supply chain planning implementations, including requirements, solution design, development, UAT/SIT, go-live, cutover, and value realization.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain planning, optimization, processes, organizational structures, and KPIs.
• Experience with planning systems, ERP tools, agile delivery, data mining, and processing large datasets.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, demonstration, training, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain mathematical, technical, and software concepts to audiences with limited technical or mathematical backgrounds.

Nice to have

• Statistical, optimization, and simulation experience with R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
