What you will do

• Own the technical workstream for API customers from contract close through go-live, leading architecture reviews and integration design.
• Monitor API usage and identify consumption gaps to ensure customers derive full value from purchased volumes.
• Act as a technical thought partner for customer CTOs and engineering leads, running workshops and developer enablement sessions.
• Identify and resolve technical or organizational blockers to ensure milestones are met on time.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to align technical expansion plays with account strategy and renewal motions.
• Develop repeatable assets, including implementation playbooks and reference architectures, to scale the technical services practice.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Account Management.
• Strong proficiency with REST APIs, authentication patterns (OAuth, API keys, JWT), webhooks, and integration architecture.
• Ability to read and discuss code in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
• Proven track record of owning measurable outcomes like time-to-live and API adoption rates.
• Ability to transition effectively between deep technical architecture reviews and executive business reviews.
• Must be based in the United States (Boston).

Nice to have

• Experience at an API-first or platform company.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, middleware, or iPaaS platforms.
• Background in a paid Professional or Technical Services function.
• Experience building technical enablement programs or implementation playbooks from scratch.
• Exposure to MarTech or SEO/SEM platforms.
