Salary: $60,300 – $100,500 + 12% bonus potential

What you will do

• Analyze coverage and communicate coverage positions to stakeholders.
• Conduct and direct investigations into loss facts and the extent of damages.
• Handle litigated and non-litigated property damage and bodily injury claims up to $250,000.
• Evaluate liability and damages to determine the insured's exposure and draft coverage position letters.
• Set reserves within authority or provide recommendations for reserve changes.
• Represent the company in mediations and identify losses for reporting to the SIU.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• US Work Authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Must have or be eligible to receive a claims adjuster license.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial construction or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Successful completion of basic insurance courses or industry designations (e.g., INS, IEA, AIC, ARM, SCLA, CPCU).
