What you will do

• Analyze coverage and investigate Abuse/Molestation liability claims through correspondence and personal contact.
• Direct litigation activities, manage budgets, and collaborate with defense counsel to achieve optimal claim outcomes.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims within delegated authority.
• Present claim trends and exposure assessments to leadership, underwriting, and actuarial teams.
• Report on cases heading to trial and attend proceedings as required.
• Ensure all claim processing complies with legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of casualty claims handling experience, specifically with Abuse/Molestation liability.
• College degree required; JD preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Proficiency in standard business software including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
