What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of content managers, verification specialists, and customer service associates.
• Set strategic plans for the proprietary BL Brain database and ensure all project goals are met.
• Drive technology initiatives in collaboration with IT, including AI-related functionality and platform migrations.
• Oversee the production of thought leadership content, including articles, webinars, and podcasts.
• Manage the development and distribution of regulatory research products and surveys.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to improve team efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a licensing or research field.
• Proven record of leading teams and delivering high-quality, time-sensitive results.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in an evolving regulatory environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Must be able to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
