What you will do

• Create, edit, and publish customer-facing content across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate complex policies and technical requirements into clear, user-friendly language.
• Develop content for transactional experiences, including error messages, terms and conditions, and service alerts.
• Maintain content within an enterprise CMS while ensuring consistency with brand voice and editorial standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and UX teams to optimize information architecture and accessibility.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for time-sensitive operational communications.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work onsite in Fort Worth, Texas, 5 days per week.
• Minimum 3 years of experience writing customer-facing digital content.
• Proven ability to translate technical or policy-heavy information into clear language.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant digital writing experience (marketing-only samples not accepted).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JSON.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Knowledge Management or TeamSite.
• Background in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry.
• Project management experience in a digital or marketing environment.
