What you will do

• Perform final editorial reviews of eLearning content, instructor-led materials, assessments, workbooks, print publications, and multimedia scripts.
• Edit for grammar, clarity, accuracy, tone, readability, structure, and learner-appropriate language.
• Maintain and evolve the Training Product Development style guide and establish editorial standards across learning modalities.
• Prepare manuscripts for print production and collaborate on layouts, pagination, captions, tables, callouts, templates, and proofs.
• Coordinate with instructional designers, graphic designers, project managers, subject matter experts, communications, and external vendors.
• Manage editorial timelines, version control, revisions, and content integrity through the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field, plus at least four years of related experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience editing instructional, educational, technical, or professional learning content across digital, print, and multimedia formats.
• Strong command of grammar, syntax, and editorial conventions such as the Chicago Manual of Style.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, consistency, and project management skills.
• Experience preparing manuscripts for print production, including working with InDesign and reviewing proofs.
• Knowledge of written-content accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.3 AA, and familiarity with learning design and adult learning concepts.
