What you will do

• Map customer initiatives and business problems to hirify.global solutions.
• Build technical relationships and champions within enterprise customer accounts.
• Develop and present technical presentations for stakeholders at every organizational level.
• Lead demonstrations, technical discovery, bespoke architecture design, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Guide technical onboarding, implementation, adoption, customer health, renewal, and expansion.
• Create professional content and represent hirify.global at developer, cybersecurity, technology, and industry events.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Broad expertise in web security, networking, routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments, with knowledge of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills, including communication with C-level executives.
• Ability to work from the United States location specified for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Workers AI, AI Gateway, and Vectorize.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for integrations, API connectors, and edge functions.
