TL;DR

Commercial Account Executive: Selling cloud data security and data risk management solutions to mid-market prospects and clients with an accent on full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing complex sales cycles. Focus on understanding customer business challenges, positioning hirify.global’s technology, and building executive relationships with C-level executives.

Location: Remote within California, US. Must be based in the territory you are supporting and willing to travel approximately 50%.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 (base only)

What you will do

  • Lead the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing complex deals.
  • Demonstrate an intimate understanding of hirify.global’s data security solutions and their value to customers.
  • Create clear goals, develop detailed territory plans, and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
  • Deliver custom meetings, exceptional Points-of-View (PoVs), and business value presentations onsite with customers.
  • Build and grow executive relationships with CISO, CDO, CPO, and CIO level executives.
  • Negotiate and close business with new and existing customers, expanding hirify.global’s presence through alliance and channel partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years selling mid-market SaaS solutions in the cloud/security/data space.
  • This is a US-based position and you must be based in the territory you are supporting (California).
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed, approximately 50% depending on the sales cycle.
  • Proficient in value-based solution selling, with a keen focus on delivering tangible business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Proven understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), security in the cloud, and data risk.

Nice to have

  • Strong preference for candidates with a cloud security, data, or AI sales background.
