Location: Primary location to be Barcelona; ability to work remotely.

What you will do

  • Lead the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing large, complex enterprise deals.
  • Develop detailed territory plans and maintain accurate forecasting.
  • Deliver custom meetings and Proof of Value (PoV) presentations to C-level executives including CISOs and CIOs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to map technology to specific customer pain points.
  • Grow market presence through alliance and channel partners.
  • Represent the company at marketing events, conferences, and industry networking events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS in the cloud, security, or data sectors.
  • Proven track record of overachievement in a hyper-growth startup environment.
  • Primary location must be Barcelona.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% depending on the sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in value-based solution selling and formal qualification frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data risk.

  • Professional background in AI sales.
  • Understanding of various data security and compliance frameworks.
