Salary: $95,000 – $117,000 (OTE).

What you will do
- Build and manage a content engine that transforms internal signals and product launches into multi-format assets.
- Determine the optimal medium for content objectives, including writing, visual, or video formats.
- Develop and own the distribution logic across paid, growth, and customer marketing channels.
- Identify and support internal subject matter experts to create high-value thought leadership content.
- Track performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine content strategy and investment.
- Integrate AI tools into the content workflow to enhance research, drafting, and distribution efficiency.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or related roles.
- Strong editorial instinct and proven copywriting ability across long and short-form content.
- Ability to produce or direct content across various media formats.
- Proactive ownership and autonomy in building briefs and pitching ideas.
- Proficiency with AI content tools as a practitioner.
- Must be based in Canada to align with compensation and operational requirements.
