Salary: £45,000–£55,000 + 10% bonus

What you will do
- Deliver virtual product training sessions for patients, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and customers.
- Manage the coordination and logistics of the national remote training program.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.
- Handle clinical escalation calls and support the resolution of customer and patient issues.
- Maintain accurate training records and customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Education Manager to improve clinical education programs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Clinical background preferred (Registered Nurse, Registered Dietitian, or equivalent healthcare qualification).
- Minimum of 2 years' clinical diabetes experience.
- Experience coordinating and delivering diabetes education programs for patients and HCPs.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems.

- Experience providing virtual or remote education and support.
- Experience working with diabetes technologies.
- Professional registration.
