Sr. Director IT Enterprise Applications (Financials and Supply Chain)

Location: United States. Hybrid working environment with some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Target salary range: 227,800–338,800 USD annual OTE, including base salary and potential commission.

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise applications portfolio supporting Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, and related business capabilities.
• Define multi-year application strategies, future-state architecture, platform modernization, application rationalization, and capability roadmaps.
• Establish product operating models, governance processes, investment frameworks, decision rights, and performance measures.
• Direct global teams across business relationship management, architecture, development, integration, implementation, support, and continuous improvement.
• Drive AI-enabled tools, intelligent automation, predictive insights, workflow optimization, and responsible transformation programs.
• Manage strategic vendors and implementation partners while recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing leaders and teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant technology, enterprise applications, ERP, or business systems experience, including 5+ years of people management.
• Experience leading enterprise applications across multiple functions, ideally Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Legal.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP implementations, lifecycle management, integrations, enhancements, and support; Oracle ERP Cloud experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application strategy, SaaS and cloud platforms, integration architecture, data flows, application lifecycle management, and operational support.
• Experience launching or scaling AI-enabled tools, automation programs, analytics capabilities, or intelligent workflow solutions.
• Experience with SOX, GDPR, audit controls, data governance, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and executive stakeholder communication.
