What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design, planning, and execution of employer brand campaigns supporting hiring and culture storytelling.
• Manage diverse events including career fairs, industry conferences, sponsorships, and internal brand activations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Internal Communications to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Translate brand values and employee value proposition into compelling narratives and authentic experiences.
• Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness using metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality work within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or events management.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to turn brand values into clear, compelling narratives.
• Experience managing external vendors and agencies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
