What you will do

• Partner with leadership on organizational design, team scaling, and structural effectiveness.
• Coach managers to enhance leadership capability and team health.
• Develop and execute talent strategies including performance management and retention.
• Support employee experience initiatives from onboarding to long-term engagement.
• Evolve the broader People function infrastructure and operating model.
• Operate fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in HRBP or People Partner roles.
• Experience in startup, scale-up, or hyper-growth environments.
• Must be open to a London hybrid working arrangement.
• Proven ability to partner closely with functional leaders and distributed teams.
• Strong written communication skills for asynchronous environments.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and build processes from scratch.
