What you will do

  • Lead and develop the People Experience team across People Partnership and People Operations.
  • Partner with the VP of People & Culture to scale people priorities into executable, day-to-day processes.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement automation, workflow standardization, and knowledge management.
  • Support managers in navigating complex employee relations and improving the overall workplace experience.
  • Ensure People practices align with labor regulations and maintain high standards of documentation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or People Experience.
  • 3+ years in people leadership roles.
  • Experience scaling People functions in international, fast-growing environments.
  • Proven background in employee relations and HR operational clarity.
  • Fluent English.
  • Must be located in Cyprus or Serbia.
