What you will do

• Partner with executive and functional leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Lead HR transformation by redesigning processes, automation, and digital enablement using Lean or Agile methodologies.
• Leverage workforce data and analytics to identify trends, predict risks, and guide executive decision-making via data storytelling.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled tools across talent acquisition, performance management, and learning and development.
• Lead organizational change initiatives associated with growth, restructuring, and transformation programs.
• Manage complex employee relations and foster an inclusive, high-performance workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders.
• Proven experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to use workforce analytics to influence business decisions.
• Strong experience in employee relations, coaching, and leadership consulting.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UKG.
• Proficiency with analytics platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Visier.
• Experience implementing generative AI tools or AI-enabled HR solutions.
• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification.
