What you will do
- Own and drive employer branding initiatives across content, PR, events, and internal communications.
- Develop and maintain a consistent employer brand voice and storytelling across all channels.
- Partner with People & Culture and Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment and brand positioning.
- Lead and host employer brand content formats including podcasts, webinars, and video series.
- Coordinate employer branding activities at industry events and conferences.
- Track and report on performance metrics to provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or communications.
- Fluent English (C1–C2) required.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with experience in content creation for LinkedIn.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting video or webinar formats.
- Ability to manage multiple projects cross-functionally with HR and Marketing teams.
- Must be based in Cyprus, Serbia, or selected EMEA/CIS regions.
Nice to have
- Experience in fast-growing, remote-first, or tech-driven organizations.
- Background in video production or internal communications.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) for content creation.
