What you will do

  • Own and drive employer branding initiatives across content, PR, events, and internal communications.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent employer brand voice and storytelling across all channels.
  • Partner with People & Culture and Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment and brand positioning.
  • Lead and host employer brand content formats including podcasts, webinars, and video series.
  • Coordinate employer branding activities at industry events and conferences.
  • Track and report on performance metrics to provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or communications.
  • Fluent English (C1–C2) required.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with experience in content creation for LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting video or webinar formats.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects cross-functionally with HR and Marketing teams.
  • Must be based in Cyprus, Serbia, or selected EMEA/CIS regions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fast-growing, remote-first, or tech-driven organizations.
  • Background in video production or internal communications.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) for content creation.
