Paralegal (Ecommerce)

Paralegal (Ecommerce): Supporting the legal team in managing a diverse range of commercial, marketing, and supply chain matters with an accent on contract negotiation and regulatory compliance. Focus on providing commercial legal advice, managing cross-border projects, and identifying risks within a fast-paced retail environment.

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: minimum 3 days per week in the office).

What you will do

• Negotiate commercial contracts and IP rights for marketing and customer-facing projects.
• Ensure global marketing campaigns and partnerships comply with advertising regulations.
• Draft and negotiate master service agreements for international logistics and delivery services.
• Maintain and develop agreement templates and contract playbooks.
• Manage legal team inboxes and ensure timely distribution of matters across the business.
• Support senior legal counsel on critical projects and stakeholder relationship management.

Requirements

• Law degree or equivalent qualification required.
• General commercial legal experience gained in private practice or in-house roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Adaptable and energetic approach to working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Enthusiastic adopter of AI technologies.
• Must be able to work from the London office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing or IP-related legal matters.
• Previous experience in an in-house commercial legal environment.
