What you will do

• Provide legal advice to the CMS team (hirify.global Direct, hirify.global Commercial Solutions) on commercial, product, regulatory, privacy, and IP matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including pilot agreements and standard forms.
• Monitor regulatory landscapes and evaluate the impact of shifts on hirify.global and its partners.
• Review product-related marketing materials and corporate communications.
• Collaborate with global departments to align contracts with business policies.
• Manage and engage external legal counsel across Europe and globally.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in England & Wales (or other jurisdictions).
• Experience working within a regulated business.
• Proven track record in a recognized law firm or in-house legal environment.
• Strong skills in legal drafting, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Fluent English.

• Knowledge of the payments industry and applicable regulations.
• Experience with cross-border and multi-jurisdictional products.
