Location: Hybrid (Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi, Vietnam)

Salary: 600,000,000 – 800,000,000 VND annually

What you will do

• Maximize sales targets for the full range of air compressor products in the assigned territory.
• Visit customers and contractors to develop a deep understanding of their requirements.
• Analyze needs and deliver optimized air-compressor solutions.
• Identify and hunt for new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Collaborate with Service and Aftermarket departments to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• 1+ years of experience in industrial trading, sales, or business development.
• Proven track record in direct sales.
• Ambitious problem-solver focused on self-growth.
• Result-oriented mindset.
• Driving license is a plus.
